Turmoil Uprising: Dynasty changes
Added a feature of enemy speed gradually change after being spawned. This only applies to normal enemies. Acceleration starts after 2 seconds being spawned, each second gain 0.5 movement speed.
Added evasion stat to enemy and precision stat to player. Enemies have chances to evade player's attacks base on their evasion stat value, but player's precision stat can increase the chance of hitting the enemy.
All enemies have a chance 1% to drop chests.
