Hello everyone

Today we want to share an important update regarding the release of Train Station Project.

Unfortunately, the game will not be launching by the end of Q1 2026 as previously planned. We’ve made the decision to move the release window to Summer 2026.

We need a few more months to properly finish the game.

Why the Delay?

We know many of you have been waiting for the full version since the demo launched. Your excitement and patience mean a lot to us.

This project has been in development for over two years, and our priority is to deliver a polished, complete experience. We don't want to rush the final stages and risk hurting the overall quality of the game.

We've also decided not to release the game in Early Access. There are several important reasons for this:

  • We develop mechanics iteratively, improving and expanding them together rather than finishing them one by one in isolation.

  • We treat the game as a complete ecosystem, constantly refining balance and connections between systems.

  • We want to ensure that no future updates will break your save files in the full version.

Taking additional time now allows us to maintain stability, polish, and long-term reliability.

The Good News

The extra time also means more content.

While core systems continue to be refined, our artists are actively working on additional assets, including new trains, decorative elements, and functional station objects. These additions can be implemented efficiently without impacting core development progress.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and truly appreciate your understanding. Your support gives us the motivation to keep pushing forward and make Train Station Project the best it can be.

Thank you for staying with us. ❤️
