Fred's Malignant Harvest skill will properly appear in combat.
Exploration: Lharif's Doom
Lit braziers in Lharif's Doom will properly ignite flammable objects it touches.
The Element Removers in the Chamber of Air will now properly disappear from the map when certain conditions are met that require them to disappear.
