Total RepeAt changes
Commanders,
Omega-7 has received a major atmosphere and progression update.
This patch improves the main menu, the Omega-7 sector presentation, the Lost Signal Archive, Mara Vey’s field radio, localization, save reset behavior, and the rescue-shuttle component route.
What changed:
Rebuilt the Omega-7 map and debris-field presentation.
Improved the main menu background with stronger in-game visuals.
Added a separate Lost Signal Archive in the Omega-7 sector database.
The archive now tracks recovered signal fragments and can synchronize the component locator.
Players can now recover component coordinates before rescue-shuttle diagnostics by activating the radio beacon and finding Mara Vey’s field radio.
Component pickup still unlocks only after inspecting the rescue shuttle.
The Lost Signal Archive now plays a bigger role in Omega-7 progression. It tracks recovered signal fragments and helps connect exploration, story clues, and component location updates.
Added a separate Mara Vey side-channel radio for secret kamikaze-ending hints.
The secret route now explains that 4 missile modules must be delivered to the intact ship one by one.
Improved Russian localization across menus, archive screens, hints, and mission text.
Fixed save reset UI so Lost Signals progress updates correctly after deleting saves.
The Omega-7 debris field has also been updated to feel more readable and atmospheric. Navigation, mission hints, and visual presentation should now make the sector easier to understand during exploration.
Improved the archive close button and reduced UI overlap.
Updated several mission hints to mention the rescue shuttle instead of older ship wording.
Added clearer field-radio guidance about red route cubes, yellow useful-item cubes, the radio-shack key, and the radio beacon.
Increased clarity for component tracking and rescue route progression.
Mara Vey’s field radio now gives clearer guidance for the rescue route. It explains how to follow the radio beacon, locate useful route markers, and progress toward the rescue shuttle objective.
This update is focused on making Omega-7 easier to read, more atmospheric, and more connected to the game’s story.
More improvements are coming.
