Tornado quality
Cell quality
Weather effects quality
Render distance
Texture quality
FPS limit (or no limit)
V-Sync
The settings should save and persist between sessions, I have also boosted the tornado wind speed volume level by 30% to make it a bit louder and more noticeable.
