addedAn issue was uncovered thanks to the new perfection system. If you've noticed it's very hard to get notes 100% perfect, it's not your fault! The background orchestra was playing about 30ms earlier than the internal beat detection system resulting in players having to play intentionally late to get a 100% perfection score. I also changed the algorithm used for perfection to be ever-so-slightly more forgiving.
changedChanges:Changed internal calculation for perfection scoring slightly
fixedChanges:Fixed a typo in the loading screen tips
changedChanges:This change is classified as a minor patch, but it should result in a much tighter gameplay experience.

Changes:

  • Background Orchestra now plays exactly in sync with the game's internal beat detection, allowing for much more precise timing

  • Changed internal calculation for perfection scoring slightly

  • Fixed a typo in the loading screen tips

This change is classified as a minor patch, but it should result in a much tighter gameplay experience.

Keep on Jamming!
