This balance update is only a small numerical adjustment and is not the final adjustment plan.

Each city can have only one Barracks-type building. In the same city, only one Barracks location can train units each turn; Barracks repeatedly demolished and rebuilt at different locations cannot produce units.
Buildings with special effects, such as Barracks and Naval Ports, can take effect only once per city each turn.
Subtle Body no longer occupies population.
- Remiliaslightly increased HP and Attack; the effective range of "Scarlet Magic" increases to 2 tiles at Lv2.
- Patchouli Knowledgereduced Lv2/Lv3 upgrade task requirements.
- Hong Meilingslightly increased Lv1/Lv2 upgrade task requirements, slightly reduced Lv2/Lv3 HP, and slightly reduced Lv3 Defense.
- Kaguya HouraisanLv1 upgrade task changed to cumulative Gold gained.
- Eirin Yagokororeduced Lv1 Attack; the "extra attack" provided by "Peerless Elixir of the Realm" cannot stack.
- Tewi Inabagains "Battlefield Coordination" at Lv1; slightly reduced Lv2/Lv3 upgrade task requirements.

Fujiwara no Mokou: flames inherit Mokou's base panel attributes; after Mokou kills a unit, she moves to the target's position.
- Kanako Yasakareduced Lv2/Lv3 upgrade task requirements, slightly increased Lv2/Lv3 Attack.
- Suwako Moriyareduced Lv3 upgrade task requirements; at Lv4, the initial level of generated Lord Mishaguji increases to Lv.2.
- Sanae Kochiyathe chance to roll Great Fortune/Great Misfortune when tossing Omikuji decreased from 10% to 8%; added a pity mechanism if Great Fortune/Great Misfortune does not appear after three actions.
- Aya Shameimarureduced Lv2 Defense and Lv3 Movement.
- Momiji Inubashirichanged Lv2/Lv3 upgrade task type to damage dealt/taken.
- Satori Komeijiincreased Lv1 Attack; a single attack can apply 2 stacks of Fear; Lv1 upgrade task type changed to cumulative Gold; Lv2 upgrade task adjusted laterally.
- Rin Kaenbyouautomatically gains 1 stack of "Gross Body" at turn start; Lv2/Lv3 tasks adjusted to gaining a specified number of "Gross Body" or "Diamond Body".
- Utsuho ReiujiNuclear Fusion Warm-up state grants extra Defense, and movement is no longer blocked by allied units; slightly increased HP, increased Lv2 Movement, and changed Lv2/Lv3 upgrade task type to damage dealt/taken.

Fixed a bug where units at full HP under "Fear" would not auto-heal at turn end even with Action Points.

Fixed a bug where Utsuho Reiuji could incorrectly see terrain and enemy control information in fog.

Fixed some incorrect skill descriptions and piece image configurations.
Fixed a bug where Utsuho Reiuji moved incorrectly while under both "Nuclear Fusion Warm-up" and "Psychological Trauma".
Fixed incomplete Gallery and game record loading after version 0.7.3f.
Optimized Action Point module display logic; moving onto the corresponding Action Point now shows the related hint.
Improved the description of Satori Komeiji's "Psychological Trauma" state and its specific ability-sealing effects.
Fixed an error when Utsuho Reiuji killed Ship Units and created Subtle Body.
Optimized descriptions and translations related to "action opportunities", uniformly using Action Point terminology.
