Titans of the Past changes
Gameplay:
Added debuff resistance mechanic. Debuffs can now be resisted by enemies and players, chance depends on elemental resistance for that type of debuff, skill level of caster and enemy type;
Added 1 more negative dungeon modifier: Unstoppable Force - Each mob has 40% chance to be Unstoppable.
Unstoppable are immune to control effects and instakill effects, resist slowing and pushing effects.
All mini bosses are always Unstoppable;
Added Help widget (in Pause Menu or in Town);
Added info about important hotkeys to corner of dungeon UI;
Added new hand drawn portraits and updated starting party portraits (only for new saves);
Added portraits categories;
Separated Prefixes and Suffixes filter;
Added Help menu with information about Hit Chance, Debuff Resistance and some random tips, accessible via Pause, Death Screen and Town;
Balance:
Removed 999 Dark resistance from Extraplanar faction mobs;
Mobs resistances rebalance;
Changed random dungeon level offset from +-2 to +-1;
Added passive health regen to Troll, Giant, Orc, Dwarf races;
A lot of class abilities scaling update;
Runecaller skill and abilities rebalance;
Binded Soul now has stacks that are removed on revive;
Parry is now party wide, Duration 4s → 2s;
Summons stats rebalance;
Summons now don’t lose health over time but have a timer and disappear when it reaches 0;
Reduced Guilds and Embassies build cost;
Town Hall no longer require unlocked difficulty to be upgraded;
Greatly reduced Experience Transfer resource cost in Fountain;
Moved “Delete Character“ button to Fountain building and renamed it to “Retire Character”, it will also now store portion of retired character exp in fountain instead of deleting it;
Fixes:
Fixed custom voices only loading for 1 character;
Fixed Revenge dungeon modifier breaking all DoTs;
Fixed changing weapons bugs out non basic attack abilities in LMB and RMB;
Fixed Spell Mastery skill not giving Cooldown Reduction and Spell DMG on Master and Grand Master;
Fixed Ice Spike not applying Frost Slow;
Fixed Bad Fate’s Ulcer not dealing damage;
Fixed Spirit Arrow not increasing its damage when hitting debuffed target;
Fixed Ancient/Unholy Champion buffs increasing Recovery instead of Reducing it;
Fixed Shaman not having Dagger skill;
Fixed some maps collisions;
Fixed some typos;
