Demo Update v0.7.10
This is a major step toward automation! Trains carrying different cargo types can now be routed onto different tracks. You can also configure which cargo types should be loaded and in what order.

Added full sign filter configuration!
You can now configure a list of cargo types that each sign works with.
Added a notification for cases when a train stops at a sign that it was supposed to ignore.

Improved removal: right-clicking now removes map objects of the same type as the currently selected placement object (rails remove rails , signs remove only signs, and so on).
Other changes:
- Area removalall objects within the selected object's area are now removed (a rail will remove all rails that are "in its way").
Removal highlighting: a red area is now displayed to show where removal will take effect.
Added the sign window (without settings for now).
Added highlighting of business coverage areas when hovering the mouse cursor over them.
Added visualization of sign connections to rails and businesses when hovering the mouse cursor over them.
