Repeated intro

Hey! We've released many small updates over the last few days after getting lots of feedback, they include:

What changed

2 fixes6 additions3 changes0 removals
  • Gameplay
  • UI and audio
  • Performance
  • Fixes
addedyou can now grab items even though walls when pressing ctrl
changedsome accessibility Options (more coming in Early Access)
changedwhen throwing trash away the container doesn't get thrown away as well (it takes like 4 seconds to spawn back after but we're currently fixing that)
changedWe improved performance by around 1/6 and implemented many more settings to make the game able to run on weaker pcs too like turning of the grass, custom limit the framerate and such (it does look like an old DS game if you turn everything to the lowest tho, we're working on further improving performance)
fixedSummer Festival currency fixed
addedIngredients and such snap stronger to the shelfs and (shouldn’t) fall out anymore (and baking soda can now be placed closer together in shelfs)
  • you can now grab items even though walls when pressing ctrl

  • the blur can be toggled of for anyone prone to dizziness

  • some accessibility Options (more coming in Early Access)

  • when throwing trash away the container doesn't get thrown away as well (it takes like 4 seconds to spawn back after but we're currently fixing that)

  • the bakery open phase is a little shorter and the prep time a little longer now so you have a more time to get organized

  • We improved performance by around 1/6 and implemented many more settings to make the game able to run on weaker pcs too like turning of the grass, custom limit the framerate and such (it does look like an old DS game if you turn everything to the lowest tho, we're working on further improving performance)

  • Summer Festival currency fixed

  • made the baking tray draggable onto counter to dumb its content in there

  • Customized Floors and Walls get saved now

  • You can’t put cup in pot anymore

  • Ingredients and such snap stronger to the shelfs and (shouldn’t) fall out anymore (and baking soda can now be placed closer together in shelfs)

  • Added a missing bowl content model for something with milk, egg and chocolate

  • The summer festival balloon has now a special design differentiating it

  • You can’t accidentally put finished pastries into bowls, cups etc. anymore (they looked like trash when you did that)

  • There is now a new little slime scene where you get a recipe

  • And we fixed the bugs we made while fixing these...

We’re working on many more things right now, bugs and little features, but if you find anything, please let us know and we’ll add it to the list.

One bigger issue we have seen very rarely is the game crashing, 3 players we know of had that issue, one even repeatedly.

The first two where somehow when interacting with the balloon. We couldn’t replicate these crashes in any way so far, so if you are having issues like these please let us know, maybe we could figure something out with a crash log or more hints, but we’ll keep searching on our side as well of course. We’re adding opt out auto saving in the next update as a first aid solution.

The next update will come sometime today <3

Thank you so much for your support!❤️ ~Janis & Marie
