Game manual uploaded

I've received several requests asking me to upload the game manual or provide walkthroughs. However, I felt it wasn't quite right to simply hand out the entire game strategy guide, so I've responded vaguely to such requests until now. I figured pressing F1 in-game to view the help section was sufficient. However, since many players still seem confused about the game's systems or items, I'm uploading the entire manual.

This manual is a slightly edited version of what I originally prepared for physical box version. I don't know when I'll make it, but since I definitely want to, there might be an announcement later.
