60fps update in the works

I've been working to make the game much smoother and the changes are just about perfected. I hope this fixes a lot of the issues people have been having with the game and more people come to enjoy the game as a result. There is also some work happening to get the game on consoles. This update also include more achievements, I hope you enjoy them.
