Patch 2 - Card faces and resolution improvements

Hey, everyone! So, cutting right to the chase, we got more reviews, and we now know what to work on next. The following are in QA and will likely be live in the next 3 days: New Resolution config in the OPTIONS menu (both in-game and main menu). Steam post image The card faces have been updated, along with some pixel art for the J, Q, and K ranks. Hopefully, once we reach a certain number of sales, I can commission someone to do pixel art for those (and for the animations in-between venues as well).
