Patch 1.10

Most of the feedback I've gotten is that the game is too difficult. Patch 1.10 focuses on balancing, especially making the game a bit easier.

Over 40 changes to Towers, Spells, Tiles and Enemies and most importantly, the initial money and money for clearing a wave will be increased in all levels.
