Tileburg changes
The free demo of Tileburg is now available to play. While this is the result of a lot of work, it has also been incredibly fun to do. I'm a solo dev and this is my first game on Steam. I really hope you will like it.
Here's a video of The Geek Cupboard, who seemed to like the game (huge thanks for covering the game):
The demo will take you to the level 8. After that, you can continue to play, discover the combos you missed so far, and try to improve your highscore to make your way to the top of the leaderboard.
The game will participate in Steam Neo-fest in June, which will hopefully draw some attention on it. Fingers crossed !
What you can do to help if you will:
Wishlist the game, it is powerful
Leave a Steam review of the demo, describe what you like and dislike, so I can make the game better for the full release
Use the community discussions to describe any bug you might encounter.
What you can expect for full release:
More levels and tiles of course. The number is not fixed yet, as I'm still experimenting with the later stages of the game
New features like the city walls, simple diplomacy and battle (under the form of special tiles/combos), etc…
More fleshed out game story
The full game should release in Q4 2026, hopefuly.
Thanks for reading, and now please try to rebuild the world, tile after tile. =)
