changedLet's take a look at how the Dodge mechanic works in Thymesia:The dodging mechanic is an integral part of Corvus’ apparatus – sidestep and dance with your enemies to create a window of opportunity for attack. The Talent Tree will allow you to iteratively enhance Corvus’ dodging abilities – you can spend skill points on a long dodge, for example – Corvus performs an extended slide when dodging twice. Alternatively, you can opt for a second short dodge – a sound method for those of you wanting to stay in your enemies’ face. Thymesia will punish you if you’re not quick enough to evade incoming critical strikes. You can also use dodge offensively, dodge towards your enemies to quickly charge at them and unleash devastating attacks. If you time it perfectly, Corvus can step and jump towards an enemy right before their critical attack hits to interrupt it. It’s up to you how you spend your skill points, to determine your own approach to combat.

Hi all,

We hope you've been doing well! The feedback to what we've been sharing on Twitter has been immense, so we thought we'd show off some mechanics with you.

Let's take a look at how the Dodge mechanic works in Thymesia:

Here's the script, for those that would prefer to read something:

The dodging mechanic is an integral part of Corvus’ apparatus – sidestep and dance with your enemies to create a window of opportunity for attack. The Talent Tree will allow you to iteratively enhance Corvus’ dodging abilities – you can spend skill points on a long dodge, for example – Corvus performs an extended slide when dodging twice. It’s up to you how you spend your skill points, to determine your own approach to combat.

We hope to have a release date for you, soon!
