changed⭐ Complete Stat System Overhaul - The entire stat engine has been rebuilt from the ground up for accuracy, stability, and long‑term scalability. - All stats now use a unified map‑based architecture, replacing the old scattered variable system. - Totals, Bests, Lasts, Time Played, and Run Counts now update through a single clean pipeline at GameOver. - Stat saving/loading has been fully modernised to prevent drift, duplication, or missing values. - A one‑time migration system automatically converts old save data into the new format. - Fixed a long‑standing issue where Best scores were not persisting correctly between sessions. - Timing logic has been verified for accuracy — run duration and total playtime now match real‑world time precisely. 🎨 Sphere Skin Unlock System Improvements - Sphere skin unlocks are now fully tied to the new stat engine for consistent behaviour. - Fixed an issue where newly unlocked skins would not appear in the shop until restarting the game. - The shop now refreshes unlock states instantly when opened, ensuring skins become available the moment they’re earned. - Added internal separation between Unlocked Tier and Selected Tier, allowing players to freely choose any previously unlocked skin without it being overwritten. ✨ New Feature: Unlock Notification at Game Over - When you hit a new score milestone (100, 200, 300, 400, 500…), the Game Over screen now displays a “New Skin Unlocked!” notification. - Includes a subtle looping flash animation to highlight the moment without overwhelming the UI. - This creates a more rewarding and satisfying progression moment after strong runs. - The notification only appears when a new tier is earned — no false triggers. 🛠️ General Polish & Stability - Cleaned up several legacy Blueprint paths and removed unused variables from the old stat system. - Improved save reliability after migration to ensure all new values persist correctly. - Shop UI logic has been streamlined for clarity and future expansion. - Minor performance improvements during GameOver and SaveGame operations.
