fixedResolution Settings Fix: Fixed a bug where changing the resolution would incorrectly resize the entire game window.
changedWindowed vs. Fullscreen Logic: Window resizing now only occurs when explicitly using Windowed mode. When playing in Fullscreen or Windowed Fullscreen, changing the resolution will now correctly change the game's internal resolution without forcing the window itself to stretch or resize.
