The Sound of Piano changes
vALPHA2026042201 Patch Notes
- Title sceneImproved slider functionality. Disabled automatic focus on horizontal slider bars when scrolling with the mouse wheel to prevent accidental value changes. (Setting)
- Game sceneAdded Fade-in/Fade-out effects to Beat Lines. This UI improvement is especially noticeable when the Gear size is set to small in Settings.
- Profile sceneImproved initial focus logic. On startup, focus is now automatically set to the top profile (or the most recently played one), allowing for immediate entry by pressing Enter.
- Game sceneFixed a bug where a replay would continue to play in the background after returning to the Title Scene from the Replay viewer.
Scoreboard scene: The track's difficulty level is now displayed alongside the score.
Core: Optimized simultaneous sound playback. Notes are now only prevented from double-triggering if they occur within 0.02s of each other (previously restricted by same-note ID).
- Song select sceneFixed UI bugs where the radar charts (Pentagon/Icosagon) for 2K and 4K modes were not rendered correctly.
Song select scene: When changing the Key mode (e.g., 4K to 6K), the game will now attempt to maintain focus on the same song.
Song select scene: Clicking the "unlocked song" notification message will now automatically scroll to and preview the newly unlocked song.
- Game sceneAdjusted Inverse Long Note (LN) judgment. For Skill Tests, Inverse LNs are now only calculated toward the rating if they overlap by 0.12s or more (previously 0s).
- Skill test sceneAdded background music (BGM). The scene now plays a preview of the music associated with the chart corresponding to your current rating.
- SongNew track "0036_Ready_for_sortie" is now available.
Alpha testers, please refer to the information above for your playtest. Bug reports are always welcome.
