The Path Into The Abyss changes
Alpha Hotfix & Patch 0002
Added extra health boost for Rodrigo Ortiz to reduce the chances of him dying early on.
Reduced the Zancudo’s perception of your position. This gives players a better chance to hide, as the Zancudo now has less prediction over enemy movement.
Fixed an issue where consumables could be used repeatedly when equipped in quickslots.
Fixed consumables being used when attempting to quickly move them from the inventory of a dead NPC.
Notes were not resetting when loading a save, preventing them from being collected again.
Some NPCs in a prisoner state could not be freed.
Added random loot to cookie boxes.
Added a hidden backpack somewhere in the map containing a reward.
Improved NPC reactions when an ally is attacked outside their line of sight, allowing them to respond properly.
Rebalanced damage across different calibers.
The “tumbera” now has lower spread.
Weapon slots now change color depending on condition (no color, yellow, and red). This is temporary and will later be replaced with more polished UI elements. An automatic fallback function was added to switch to DirectX 11 if DirectX 12 fails to initialize, in order to address many crashes related to DX12 and SM6 startup. Warning: Do not use stash bags or carry bags to store loot, because it seems there’s a saving error with them. Store items in fixed containers instead.
