Modding Branch v1.3.0

The modding branch has also been updated to v1.3.0, and has received the same security patch. It also now has 100% parity with the main branch, meaning it now included the Super Board.

I've also unfortunately opted to disable access to previous modding branches, as those are built on the vulnerable version of Unity.
