Here is the QoL update. Chapter Three has received some new content to help flesh things out a little. I have also addressed some bugs and minor issues.
For those unaware, I have now closed the Discord channel. I have found that there is such an excess of Discord channels out there that it was not an optimal way to reach out to the community. I will now focus on updating everyone via the Steam Community Hub and via a free newsletter through Patreon.
Twitch streaming for the development of Silver Lake National Park will happen soon. I'll announce via the newsletter when this starts up. But for now, you can follow the studio on Twitch and get the alert when I go live.
A quick note
I was originally calling this a Major Update; however, I think 'Major' might have been a bit misleading to some people, as it was mostly world-building rather than major mechanics/gameplay changes. So I have renamed it to a Minor Update. I have also restructured how I'm doing version numbers.
They will now be
(major).(minor).(patch).(hotfix).
Chapter Three Additions
Cave New Content
Introduces a new character, Oliver.
- Day 2New conversation with Harper and Oliver.
Campsite Day New Content
Replaced the old diner with a brand-new one that you can walk into. I was going to have a new scene for this, but felt it looked so much nicer in the space.
Introduced a new character: Oakley, who runs the diner. You can have conversations and collect snacks and water.
- Day 2Conversation with Jack outside of the cave + added a supply locker for world-building; in preparation for Silver Lake National Park game.
- Day 3New eavesdrop in the diner with Harper and Oliver.
Added a hawk flying in the sky. You might not be able to see it, but if you do, please take a screenshot.

Tweaked dialogue in Ranger Station
Campsite Day - Day 3: Fred's conversation is now working.
Conversations will no longer repeat when moving between scenes.
