It's 30th March 2026, and that means it's World Bipolar Day. Today is about raising awareness about the condition to help reduce stigma.

The date was chosen to coincide with Vincent van Gogh’s birthday, a historical figure believed to have lived with the disorder. From historical figures to modern icons like Stephen Fry, many people live full, successful lives with this diagnosis. Because symptoms vary so much between individuals, you often can't "tell" someone has it just by looking at them.
