The Last Cat in the Universe Demo Now Available

Today is a very important day for us at Apamate Studio. After months of pouring our hearts into this project, we are excited to announce that the official demo of The Last Cat in the Universe is now available to download.

As we told you before, this game was born from the need to create something more intimate and manageable, a profound emotional experience in its simplicity. This demo is the introduction to this new story we have lovingly prepared for you.

A small taste of the journey

This demo is designed to be an introduction to the atmosphere and mechanics we are building. It is not the complete journey, but it is the first step of this adventure. In it, you can:

• Experience the beginning of the story: You will see the narrative introduction and understand what is at stake. You will see your mission in the game, perhaps the most important mission in the entire universe.

• Experience the "Zen" loop: You will be able to try the relaxing mining mechanic and access the first upgrades in the Skill Tree. We want you to feel the satisfaction of gathering resources to turn them into well-being for the cat.

• Meet the kitten: You will meet the furry friend who will accompany you on this adventure and you can start interacting with her.

Goal: Steam Next Fest (February 23rd)

We are releasing this demo today with the goal of preparing for the Steam Next Fest starting this February 23rd.

Until that date, we will be polishing this demo and will continue adding content. Therefore, your feedback is vital at this moment. We want to arrive at the festival with the most solid version possible, and no one is better than you to tell us what works and what we can improve.
