Version 2.04 released

This update makes sure the save/load process is all in UTF-8, so it should no longer have problems with people who have non-ASCII Windows usernames.

Apologies for this baffling problem; you'd think this sort of thing would have been universally sorted by now. Clarification: everything's working fine for the majority of users, and was before too. I'm stuck on what appears to be a very rare bug that's affecting a single user - but if it's messed up for one person, there's probably more people out there who'd have the same problem, so I want to fix it. So you can expect one more patch to sort this out, although in general everything seems to be OK. (I do badly wish all of this was more standardized and less of an unpredictable horrorshow, but then, so do most developers.)
