BattlEye Network Optimizations and Improvements. Should lower the amount of BattlEye kicks and related network lagg problems on high population servers. Fixed flipped footprint decals not adjusting the normal maps Tweaks to active sound mixes- adjusted initial delay and fade time of large roar ducking. Changed: Humans can local chat with each other and group (name tags not working yet).
