macOS Users: High Sierra

New macOS Operating System update (10.13) called High Sierra will be coming out on 25h September. This will become the minimum supported operating system version supported on The Isle for mac from next patch onwards.

It includes a updated rendering API called Metal 2 which has increased performance and compatibility. We will not be supporting any older versions because we are a small team and don't want to cost any development time supporting outdated operating systems. When we can be working on dinosaur mechanics and finishing the game instead.
