With this update, we took a key step forward: making the game clearer at the start, more satisfying as you progress, and more solid overall.

Update 1.2 focuses on:

• reducing early friction,

• making progression more visible,

• and improving core gameplay feel and atmosphere.

🧭 NEW GUIDED IN-GAME TUTORIAL

A fully integrated in-game tutorial has been added, designed to help you learn by playing—without breaking immersion.

• It works as a guided run, with on-screen text.

• It helps you understand the game’s flow and phases, not puzzle solutions.

• Available when starting a run and from the “Tutorial” button in the main menu.

• Fully replayable and does not grant XP.

👉 The goal is simple: no one should quit the game because they didn’t understand how it works.

📊 NEW POST-RUN EXPERIENCE SCREEN

After every run, when you return to your bedroom, you’ll now see a clear, focused pop-up showing:

• 📈 XP earned,

• 📋 why you earned it,

• 🔊 a new custom 8-bit sound, fitting the game’s era.

Progress now feels clearer, more tangible, and more rewarding.

🔦 GAMEPLAY & ATMOSPHERE IMPROVEMENTS

Update 1.2 also includes multiple refinements:

• 🔦 Recalibrated flashlight with less artificial brightness and more tactical use.

• 🚪 Improved wardrobes, no more getting stuck.

• 🔊 Clearer clue sounds, more consistent during exploration.

• ⚙️ General gameplay and stability fixes.

During the holiday season, the house changes:
