Implemented a Dialogue System (for Cain and Dr. Sera).
Animation transitions polish (both for the player and the infected).
Disabled run ability for the Old Infected.
Implemented Steamworks API.
Quicker Main Menu loading.
Added Camera Sensitivity setting.
