First of all, version 1.0 of the demo will come out publicly (and hopefully without crucial bugs) on the 2nd of July during the #turnbasedthursday festival on Steam. In this article, we will talk about all the new cool features, what is coming, and what we're working to fix!
addedTHE SACRIFICE ROOMThe new addition to the game! Each monster (yes, all 300+ of them) has a special ability that will activate itself automatically during fights. You should really play the demo and check out ALL of them. Some of them will give you cool accessories.
addedJESTER WHEELTired of not having enough RNG? No? Well, we were! So we added a room where you play the jester's game of "who will die next." Spin the wheel if you're brave enough, and maybe, just maybe, you'll get a cool bonus. Or you might sign up for your hero's death. It is what it is.
changedNEW HUD!The HUD is constantly improving. We kept the same one for a long time due to lack of production time, but now, after hearing your feedback, we hope it'll be a bit more understandable. The HP bar has a signal to show where the 50% mark is, so it's easier to understand when EMERGENCY abilities will pop up. There’s also a clearer way to check on XP and stats like DMG and COINS.
addedILLUMINATIONSo, we haven't yet touched a lot of the illumination in the game. That's because we're giving priority to feedback and the mechanics themselves before really polishing everything up, but it'd be a shame not to show off our lighting system to y'all—so slowly but surely, we're adding lights everywhere!
changedNEW EDEN UIOur dear Eden's shop right now is just hidden beneath his coat. Yes, exactly like the dude who tries to sell sundials to another guy in a specific movie. Can’t really remember who the guy is though, huh. But he's working on making the tavern a little bit more like his home. He's not there yet, but he's trying very hard.

2) WHAT’S TO COME

BLACKSMITH LIAR

We can't really say much about this one, but it would be a shame if the hero only wielded the same sword for the whole game, right? So, at the start of the run, if you find the right guy in the dungeon, he’ll... gift you the right sword to wield for the run. Each sword has its own perks and abilities!

NEW EDEN UI

Our dear Eden's shop right now is just hidden beneath his coat. Yes, exactly like the dude who tries to sell sundials to another guy in a specific movie. Can’t really remember who the guy is though, huh. But he's working on making the tavern a little bit more like his home. He's not there yet, but he's trying very hard.

LISANDRA SHOP

So, it would be kind of weird if a bartender only sold you ONE specific drink, so we decided that you can pick between 3+ more drinks with different effects. Yeah, tons of choices.

3) BUG FIX

We know there still might be some minor fixes and issues, and we always appreciate you giving us feedback! We did work on most of the more annoying bugs, but as you all know, they are sneaky and hard to find. So If you guys find something, please do contact us through the button "Report a Bug" in the OPTIONS MENU!
