Trademark

You may have spotted the ® symbol in the beginning of the blog post.

After a long process I'm thrilled to announce that I got the European Union trademark for The First Explorers®!

This is an important step for me, because it secures all rights to the brand for me. And this is not only the case for Germany, but the whole European Union.

game e.V.

Another interesting milestone for me, as a developer, is the membership in the German Games Industry Association game e.V.

I'm proud that I was accepted as a member, even though that I'm "only" a Solo-Developer.

This membership helps me to connect to a lot of other devs, publishers, streamers, associations, etc. in Germany and offers me other very valuable advantages. -
