changedChanging the price on a game is not something that either store takes lightly, and neither do I. There are many who may ask “I bought the game at $16.99. I want my refund!”. Unfortunately, Steam does not let us give refunds like that. If you are angered by this decision and feel that I have in any way done wrong by you, I completely understand your refund.
changedThe last month and a half has been a roller coaster of emotions. I want everyone to know I am listening and doing my best. I stand by this decision to lower the price as that is what the players are telling me in our reviews. I am listening to you, the players. Without all of you, there would be no CyberPunch Studios.

Today, May 14th, 2021 the price of The Fabled Woods will change to $9.99. I wanted to make a post explaining why this is happening and what I’m doing.

One of the largest pieces of feedback I’ve received is that the game simply costs too much. I want everyone to know, I am listening and implementing feedback as fast as I can. So why did this decision take until now to happen?

When there is a bug in the game and it’s reported, I can open up Unreal Engine 4 and start working on it immediately. This is not the same for pricing however.
