addedAs for what's next, that depends on you guys. Sales figures aren't really a thing for a game that's free, but I'll judge how much it's worth adding to the game in part by the interest and activity it generated. If you want more, ask for it! I consider the game complete as is, but I'm expecting to do at minimum one minor content patch as well as patches for bugfixing and possibly balance (things like the ironman mode may get a difficulty hike if too many people are completing it too easily!) There's a lot more that's possible - I have notes for at least two much large major updates which would add factions, endgame scenarios, etc - but I'll get to those only if people are interested enough in the game for it to be worth working on them over & above other projects like finishing a novel and starting on the next game. The fate of the Exile Realms, in more ways than one, is in your hands.
changedI'd finally like to take the chance to thank everyone who volunteered to test this, and everyone who contributed directly - especially Seth Miller whose additional instrumental pieces have given the soundtrack a fantastic tune-up in the late stages of development, and especially the Exilian web community to whom this game is collectively dedicated. And I'd like to thank in advance all of you who play and provide feedback on this, I'm keen to learn what you have to say about the game.

After about six years of development cycle, the game is finally available to play! I'm excited to be able to share this strange, quirky little medieval world and all the colourful people that live in it with all of you and I hope that you manage to not only become masters of the Exile Realms but also to slay monsters, find love, sail the seas, explore the deep woods, and find your questing selves along the way.

As with any game launch, there's suddenly going to be a lot more people playing this than ever did QA for it, so whilst I've done my best to make the experience bug-free, some of you are statistically likely to do something I never thought of and hit a consequent problem. If you encounter bugs, please report them, ideally on the official forum.
