🛠️ Addictive renovation mechanics - Clean, level walls, paint, and lay tiles. Every square metre of your empire needs attention – from dirty floors to luxurious furnishings.

🏢 Diverse spaces - Manage not only offices, but also conference rooms, corridors, and utility rooms. Each section presents new logistical challenges.

⚙️ Strategic maintenance - Keep your equipment in good working order: repair printers and service coffee machines. Respond to breakdowns and neglect before... a fire breaks out (literally!).

💰 Maximising profits and tenants - Adapt interiors to specific company requirements. Choose rental offers, maintain work standards and optimise income to maintain financial liquidity.
