NEW: Equipment Maintenance.

In the previous devlog, we talked about the new office residents - tenants who bring a bit of life, a bit of complaining, and a touch of classic corporate melancholy into the game. Today we’re taking the next step. Because if people have finally shown up… the office needs proper upkeep.

That’s why we’re introducing a set of short, satisfying minigames that let you quickly take care of whatever decides to fall apart:

  • unclogging the toilet,

  • mold-cleaning the air conditioner,

  • searching for a TV channel,

  • watering the plants.

Each action is a quick, intuitive interaction that keeps the office in good shape and adds pleasant, chill moments to the gameplay.

NEW: Supply Management.

In every office there are plenty of things whose sudden disappearance can throw everything into chaos. Toilet paper always runs out at the worst possible moment, coffee can trigger absolute armageddon, and soap… well, soap simply never exists in the first place, though no one really seems to notice.

So we're introducing a supply system, so you can be the one controlling the lack of coffee, not fate.

Improved Trash System - Chaos No More:

  • trash no longer spawns everywhere every single day,

  • if the player places a trash bin, garbage goes exactly where it should,

  • from time to time, a full bag appears - just pick it up and throw it out.

Cleaner, simpler, better.

What’s next?

We’re working on new gameplay elements - some inspired by everyday office life, others drifting far away from it. You’ll see the full picture in upcoming devlogs.

If you like the direction we’re taking The Dream Office and still haven’t added the game to your wishlist - now’s the perfect time to do it.
