The Diner at the End of the Galaxy changes
Diner is finally releasing!
A proud moment for our team, and future we're looking forward to as we build the game together.
Dear Diner Managers,
We are so excited to finally announce a release date for The Diner at the End of the Galaxy!
After three long years of non-stop development, the game is finally coming out on Early Access on November 18, 2025. Here's what to expect with the Early Access version:
A full game with lots of content and many ways to finish and win (or lose).
Three game modes: Creative Mode if you want to focus on designing a gorgeous diner with infinite resources, easy mode for those who want to ease their way into the game and normal mode for the experience we intended our players to have.
The game can be enjoyed fully from start to finish. However, we chose to go the Early Access route so that we could lean in on our community to find the best way to polish off the game and enrich it with additional content and quality-of-life improvements.
The Roadmap
We estimate the game to be in Early Access for a year, though this may change according to the community. We also have other plans to give the game more content, and the following is a list of what we hope we can achieve during our time in Early Access:
Introduce better economy and difficulty balance.
Introduce more content, such as more objects, special items and events, SFX and music.
We have always dreamed of adding one more faction, and if all goes well, we definitely plan to do that - a new faction with new character designs, new events and missions, and new rooms and objects associated with the faction.
Implement quality-of-life features, such as UI and mechanical improvements.
Continuous bug fixing.
We would like to end this announcement with a huge thank you to everyone who has supported our journey - your wishlists, your hours spent playing the game and your feedback kept us going through the years, and we're so happy to finally share the Early Access version with you all. This version of the game is priced for accessibility, and every copy we sell goes towards keeping our studio going and making the game better. So we thank you for that as well.
We hope you have fun - see you at the Diner!
