fixed[Balancing] - Buffed Peck's base Vulnerable 1->2 - Reduced Bloody's cost 2->1 - Debuffed one of Seeing Red's AP upgrades - Slight rework of Wimp's upgrades - Slight rework of Frenzy's upgrades - Added missing Daring Ascent's Fly upgrade - Added Adrenaline's missing convert upgrade - Added Antivenom's missing trigger down upgrade - Added Riding the Current's missing Add Card upgrades - Fixed Tantrum clone upgrade going to Hand instead of Grave, allowing for infinite chaining
