Just a quick patch, primarily to fix Boss minions in Easy/Normal encounters getting extra starting block, when the Balance Patch was trying to reduce it.

[Bug Fixes] - Fixed Block Reduction for Easy/Normal Boss encounters with minions, that increased block instead of reducing it. - Added a save point when entering the Town Map - Potential fix for Bleed Achievement not consistently increasing the Steam Stat
[Token/Card Bugs] - Fixed upgraded Lash Out freezing the game when cast at low enough Impetus that it attempts to Draw negative cards
