The Cinder Pact changes
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to significant core framework optimizations, all players must completely uninstall the old version and perform a clean reinstallation to experience these updates properly and avoid any potential file conflicts.
This update introduces weapon overhauls, long-awaited features like weapon-hand toggling, visual upgrades, and a comprehensive sweep of bug fixes from our recent patches.
🚀 Class Weapon Overhaul & New Features
Class Starting Weapons Rebuilt: To better align with class identities, the starting weapons have been revamped:
- Healer & SummonerStarting weapon changed to Staff .
- MechanicStarting weapon changed to Hand Crossbow .
- Left/Right-Handed SwapAdded a weapon-hand toggle in the Settings menu. You can now freely switch between left-handed and right-handed shooting modes.
- New Hit VisualsAdded unique hit-reaction visual effects for the Bone Emperor boss in the Desert Crypt map.
🎨 Visuals & UI Polish
Environment & Boss Upgrades: Optimized dungeon level visuals and refined Boss models for a more immersive and atmospheric experience.
Attributes Panel: Upgraded the stats display in the character attributes panel for better clarity and readability.
- UI AdaptationAdjusted and optimized the shield/blue bar UI layout in the Iron Forbidden Zone (钢铁禁区) .
⚖️ Combat & Balancing (May 18 Fixes)
- Pistol TuningCorrected anomalous stat scaling for Pistols and fixed an issue where the dual-wield charged shot deviated from its crosshair trajectory.
Friendly Fire Pass: Bullets can now properly pass through teammates, preventing blocked shots in tight corridors.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Stability
Monster & Environment Fixes:
Fixed game-breaking monster behaviors, including enemies floating into the sky, moving corpses, sudden teleportation, and glitchy combat resurrections.
Fixed an issue in the Museum map where the gate positioning was misaligned (moved the gate down to its correct location).
Resolved a collision bug where Grenadier Zombies would get stuck inside geometry and become untargetable.
Systems & Settings:
Fixed a bug where changing maps would wipe or reset your custom Settings selections.
Fixed an issue where the enemy health bar visibility would ignore the active UI setting toggles for certain Bosses and minions.
Progression & Matchmaking:
Fixed a progression blocker where Daily Quests could not be completed.
Resolved a matchmaking issue that prevented players from automatically returning to the Lobby after a match.
Fixed a network sync delay for Class Level-Ups in the Lobby.
Fixed a synchronization lag where the Drone's status failed to update immediately after its skill duration ended.
