Thank you very much for playing The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story.
Although we have been giving the maximum resolution for the Steam version of The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story as 3840x2160, we have discovered that the live-action videos display at the unintended resolution of 1280x720.
This is an initial report to our customers, whilst we carry out investigations in order to swiftly resolve this issue.
Once we have concluded our investigations and determined a course of action, we will make another announcement here.
