We got a bunch of cool stuff for you! What kinds of stuff, exactly, you might ask? Well, many of you were waiting for them, and THEY FINALLY ARRIVED! The highlights of our show... give a round of applause tooooo...
SPRINT BUTTON and JUMP BUTTON! Woooo!
We have also brought you a whole ton of weapon updates, movement fixes, and we have also eradicated a bunch of those pesky bugs that have been roaming around Damag! As always, if you're interested in the whole list of changes, read them down below!
Gameplay
Fixed voice recorders initial state
Fixed Sniper Ratata sometimes becoming jammed, requiring multiple rebolts
Fixed Sniper Ratata model and its LODs
Fixed scope sizes and colors to improve visibility
Reworked SAP energy mechanism, now it works correctly. Nova's special SAP now fires after trigger pull and not release
Reworked flamethrower sound
General weapon handling and performance improvements
General weapon mesh and animation improvements
Fixed ammo drop rate chance
Balance tweaks to all the weapons
Fixed stuttering when walking over small elevations
Improved ammo drop chance for supply boxes
Increased vehicle suspension haptics treshold to reduce constant bumping when dirivng over rough terrain
Implemented stability graph for compound constructions to prevent parts from floating in air when their base is broken
Improved vehicle damage to compound constructions
Imporoved hammer prop handling
Fixed stick crouching option not working
Added stick-sprint option to toggle sprinting by clicking on movement stick
Fixed flamethrower not having any sound on android platform
Increased jump height from sliding
Simplified jump code, now player can jump in any direction
Added easy jump option which removes need to swing hands to jump higher
Improved enemies grenade throwing behavior. Now enemies won't throw grenades in close proximity to themselves and other allies
Fixed Boom-Rifle and Revolver mags not displaying correct ammo count
Fixed mag duplication when ejecting a mag, putting it on a belt and taking it back to refill
Fixed enemies aiming incorrectly
Fixed subtitles showing incorrectly in certain dialogues
Improved AI reloading behavior
Graphics
Disabled Round-Robin occlusion queries
Fixed vehicle animation occasionally misplacing wheels
Fixed missing overlays on smooth spectator (PC)
Smooth spectator now renders projection from user's eye, rather than center of the HMD
Levels
Optimized crowded ending scene
Fixed visibility issues of objects that are under crane at Lead Lair
Fixed incorrect precomputed visibility and streaming at Lead Lair
Fixed background objects at Lead Lair
Improved performance on Mobile platforms at Forgepolis
Fixed misplaced LOD placeholders at prologue
Fixed toilet lid cover position in prologue
Fixed tutorial interruption logic
Fixed Varg hooks clipping through objects
Fixed some tape locations in Landing Zone
