The AI Bubble changes
Hi, szanny here!
I know it's been a bit quiet lately regarding the game's progress, but I want to assure you I'm still pushing forward and developing The AI Bubble as much as I can.
In this update, the Factory level is getting a serious security upgrade. We are introducing a whole new roster of enemies, changing how combat flows, and fixing some annoying technical issues that were getting in the way of the gameplay.
Here is everything new in this patch:
New Enemies on the Factory Floor
Defective Crawler: It might be broken, but it’s fast, crawls on the floor, and wants your ankles.
Assembly Grunt: The standard, minimum-wage melee worker coming straight for you.
Plasma Supervisor: Enforcing company policy from a distance with heavy, glowing plasma shots.
...and a few more surprises waiting for you on the assembly line!
Gameplay & AI Overhaul
Smarter Pathfinding: Enemies finally gained a few IQ points. Instead of mindlessly following you in one big conga line, they will now actively try to surround and circle you.
- Combat RebalanceTo balance out their new flanking tactics, opponents now have more health but move noticeably slower. You'll need to focus more on positioning and crowd control.
Bug Fixes
- UI Canvas GlitchFixed a bug where spamming the "Start Level" button would break the level loading process and cause the UI canvas to not show up at all.
This isn't over yet. There is plenty more in the pipeline, and you will see further progression of the game very soon.
