The final chapter is from the little bunny’s perspective. It’s about how to take care of a friend who is going through a fragile time.

Sometimes, when I’m emotionally drained, I take a break and work on something else for a while. I’m afraid that if I write while feeling too low, the story won’t come out right. Creation is also a way of saying goodbye. Along the way, I’ve thought of many, many people I’ve met in life. Some lucky people grow up and fly off like birds to explore the world. Others stay frozen where they were, hurt by inner wounds—some even hide on purpose, so their old friends can’t find them. Some people stay forever at a certain age. This is a tribute to those I once saw, and remember.

I’ve done my best to make changes based on everyone’s suggestions. I also revised the text wherever possible—trimming and adjusting while keeping the key ideas intact.
