Fixed Santo-Astrape journey actions being grouped incorrectly
Optimised action tooltips
Motors can be moved to aircraft after being unloaded (not uninstalled) from rover
Corrected conditions:
Log for Santo exploding while a portal is connected to it
Death message for "you reached the dam before" if you've crossed the river this loop
PDA Note in Facilities > Strabo regarding knowing the tower doesn't move
Losing power in comm/weather before storm starts disables rover weather display immediately (instead of after the next storm)
Combined actions sometimes showed as locked when they shouldn't be
Combined actions to return to & dig out rover are locked during sandstorms
Death message for getting stuck in empty mining wing doesn't appear until the door is closed
Water bottle segment for "made it to Laurion" only shows until you get there a 2nd time
The Actions, Inventory and Queue panels actually maintain the same size (finally! :D )
Combined Actions don't include completed subactions in their Effects
Items won't be consumed if a preffered item (via amount or priority) is on cooldown and you're not about to die
Rover power low log doesn't show if you're not in the rover and don't have the PDA
Loop time updates after looping
