Ternion changes
Are you ready to embark on an epic adventure with the teammates of a lifetime? Are you prepared to jump from one planet to another in a rocambolesque manhunt? We certainly hope so because our upcoming game is set to release soon as an Early Access title.
Why an Early Access?
As the completion of the game is still a while away, we want to provide you with a sneak peek of what the final game will entail. With an adventurous story and challenging gameplay, we aim to keep you hooked for hours on end. Unfortunately, the best and most complex parts of the plot are yet to come. However, if you enjoy the first part of the game, you're sure to love the second. To make this game a success, we need your trust!
Rest assured, your trust in us won't be misplaced! We value your suggestions during this Early Access phase, just as we did with our beta testers. We are committed to making the game the best it can be by the time of the final release.
Despite being a small team (currently composed of a single developer), the game will have some limitations but will unquestionably be a complete gaming experience. It won't be a tech demo or a buggy prototype; it will closely resemble the final game in many ways.
What will be missing?
Compared to the final release, the Early Access version will differ in a few aspects:
Voice acting will be incomplete (can be enabled in settings, but it's disabled by default).
The overall look, including details and environments, may differ from the final game.
Some elements of the lore might be missing in the Early Access.
Some enemies/bosses might need rebalancing.
The game's performance may not be as optimal, especially in certain locations (issues, especially with water and occlusion culling, still need addressing).
Approximately the remaining 30/40% of the adventure.
Given the varied scenarios depending on your relationships with different characters, we encourage you to play the game multiple times to experience the changes!
What will happen after the Early Access is released?
The game will likely receive updates to fix bugs and add more story chunks, although the frequency won't be very high.
Another option is to release the second part of the game in one comprehensive update, with bug-fixing updates in between. We'll keep you informed of our decision.
When is that going to happen?
The exact release date will be revealed in the next trailer that will be released in the coming months. So stay tuned for more updates and don't forget to add the game to your Wishlist!
What's in store for 2024?
Currently, we're working on the latest part of Early Access, the point where the game will pause until the next update. In the following year, a new trailer will appear with the final release date. Meanwhile, we'll focus on fixing bugs, removing placeholders, and preparing the game to be as close to the final product for the first chunk of the story, which we hope you all will appreciate.
With that said, we wish you a Happy New Year and many thrilling sci-fi adventures!
