Dear Rogueteers, It’s been just two days since launch, and we’ve been closely listening to your feedback. We know the limited access to Rogueteers early on wasn’t the best experience, and we sincerely apologize.

It’s been just two days since launch, and we’ve been closely listening to your feedback. We know the limited access to Rogueteers early on wasn’t the best experience, and we sincerely apologize. This is not the Nullverse we want to build with you.

We agree that the way some Rogueteers were unlocked didn’t make the best first impression. Based on your input, we’re making some immediate changes to improve that experience.

Maintenance Details

Terminull Brigade will undergo server maintenance on (PDT) Aug-01 12PM / (UTC) Aug-01 7PM, lasting around 1 hour (subject to change). During this time, the game will be unavailable. After the maintenance, you will receive 300 Tycho Coins as a reward via in-game mail!

MAIN UPDATE

  1. Max, previously available through the Shop or Tycho Coins, will now be unlocked for free after completing First Entry to Ringed City.

  2. Blade, previously unlocked by clearing difficulty 3, will now be available for free after completing First Entry to Ringed City.

  3. Fixed the issue where the red dot on the mail icon wouldn’t disappear.

  4. Fixed crashes related to certain graphics cards.

  5. Fixed the loud BOSS intro CG sound effect.

What’s Next? After maintenance, all players who logged in before the update will receive Max and Blade via in-game mail. If you purchased Max or unlocked Blade, here’s your compensation plan:

COMPENSATION PLAN

  1. Max Supreme Pack Purchasers: You’ll get a refund of 120% of the original price of Max (980 Platinum Coins) in Purified Data (1176 Purified Data).

  2. Tycho Coin Exchangers for Max: Full refund of 980 Tycho Coins.

  3. Blade Unlockers (difficulty 3): Compensation includes Faded Module x480, Charged Module x230, and Overloaded Module x230.

COMPENSATION TIMING

  1. If you purchased Max, exchanged Tycho Coins, or unlocked Blade before (PDT) Aug-01 5AM / (UTC) Aug-01 12PM, you’ll receive your compensation by (PDT) Aug-02 8:59AM / (UTC) Aug-02 3:59PM.

  2. If you made those purchases or unlocks between (PDT) Aug-01 5AM and the start of maintenance, compensation will be sent by (PDT) Aug-03 8:59AM / (UTC) Aug-03 3:59PM.

  3. If you miss out on compensation, please contact in-game customer support with your ID, Rogueteer name, and unlock time. To find your ID, click your avatar in the [Game Lobby], go to [Career], and copy your [ID].
