TankYou! Patch 1.0.2

This second patch targets a general quality of life improvement for the game, aiming to simplify the way you play, from many points of view, from UI, to gameplay mechanics, to visuals.

fixedThis second patch targets a general quality of life improvement for the game, aiming to simplify the way you play, from many points of view, from UI, to gameplay mechanics, to visuals. It also paves the way for the upcoming 1st major update for the game. Here's the list of changes: User Interface Enhanced the tips messages on the defeat screen to help when fighting boss type enemies Boss enemy health bars now change color when taking damage Added objective text when playing Added text effects for objectives when starting a game Added main menu hints for unlocks Added version identifier on the main menu screen Gameplay Tank cabin rotation now remains independent of the tank rotation Tank backwards movement speed increased Reduced homing missile area of effect damage Increased tank speed when sliding against the map borders No longer get prop damage when speed powerup coin level2 is on No longer get damage or slowdown from props when speed powerup coin level3 is on Parachuting powerup crates no longer get destroyed so easily Controls Further improved mouse aiming support Mouse buttons can now be used as A,B in all menus In game visuals Picking up powerups now bring up text tags over the player tank to better help identify that powerup, it's effect and level Improved the infiltration caught effect Added enemy exclamation graphics mark when in pursuit for players Added color animations to the tank HUD when picking up, upgrading or using weapons Improved Sniper Scope powerups visuals and audio Improved Reflective Shield Visual Effect Added level 2 and level 3 speed powerup effects Changed map border colors to red, in city/country environments Bugs Fixes Fixed main menu arrows sometimes losing their position Fixed main menu 2d UI staying hidden after leaving the options menu Fixed a secret typo in the tutorial screen has been fixed :) Fixed gamescreen objective text bounds for "score" type missions Fixed a bug where shield Lv3 would stay on you until death Fixed a bug where aerial missiles could kill you while your shield lv2 or lv3 is on Fixed lasers passing through walls
