Patch: Bug squashing fun

Today's release brings four fixes: Unsubscribing from community content and TitanCraft minis could fail to delete the local files. TaleSpire will clean up the unwanted files on the next launch.

  3. Previously, a player could change who the party-gm. That's a GM-only option now.

  4. Deleting the last dynamic tile or prop in a region could leave it's invisible colliders behind.
