Content Update: The Journey Evolves in Tales of Fearless. And So Do You!
Hello, adventurers!
We are thrilled to announce that the latest update for Tales of Fearless is now live! Our team has been working tirelessly to expand the world, deepen the lore, and ensure your path to becoming a legend is more exciting and fluid than ever.
This update brings a mix of fresh content to explore and several technical improvements based on your valuable feedback.
New Content & Features
The world of Tales of Fearless just got even better:
Faster Progression: Early main quests now award Experience Points (EXP), allowing your character to level up faster until level 15.
Resource Gathering Overhaul: Collecting resources such as wood, ore, plants, and mushrooms now yields significantly more EXP.
New Tool Mastery: Tools have been reworked and now require specific mastery milestones to be used:
Grade C: 250 Mastery
Grade B: 2,500 Mastery
Grade A: 25,000 Mastery
Dynamic Drops: Resources can now drop between 1 and 10 items at once with randomized chances. Good luck!
Coming Next Week - Armor Enchanting: You will be able to enchant Heavy/Light Armor and Robes up to +5. There is a chance of failure, but you will only lose the materials (Zeno, Enchant Scrolls), your armor will remain safe!
- Coming Next Week - Specialized ScrollsUniversal Enchant Scrolls will be replaced by specific Enchant Armor , Enchant Weapon , and Enchant Accessory scrolls. These will be droppable (with a lower drop rate than the current ones), and you will be able to exchange your current scrolls for the new ones.
Bug Fixes & Optimizations
We’ve hunted down the bugs that were hindering your journey to ensure the best possible experience. Here are the key fixes:
- Class FixesResolved an issue where certain classes with AOE buffs/heals could only use them while in a party.
- Server StabilityFixed a critical bug that caused server crashes when saving player data to the database.
- Visual IdentificationFixed a bug where ally names appeared in the wrong color (showing as hostile players/NPCs).
- Login ScreenFixed the UI scaling issue where the login screen was cropped and didn't fit the display.
- Global AnnouncementsFixed the bug where text was not appearing in the center of the screen during global announcements.
- Chat ReadabilityAdjusted the chat font size, which was previously too small to read.
- Nameplate CorrectionFixed a duplicate issue regarding ally name colors appearing as hostiles.
