Hey All! So I have a rather useful update coming later today which took a good deal of time to implement. This update focuses on adding those shortcut click buttons on notifications to a lot more types of events! :)

Reduced the population of the Republic of Accipter as it has an unfair advantage
Made some load changes to the population section to improve performance and have more accurate reload of population sizes.
